Traveling to Scotland can be an epic adventure in itself. While the majestic Scotland has much to offer itself, there is a way to actually enjoy the journey going there.

As a tourist or international traveler, you must first take flights to London. Once you are in London, your exciting travels really begin as you take a scenic drive from London to Scotland. Tourists may use a rental car for their drive, or if you have friends or family in London then try and borrow their car.

The scenic drive starts at Covent Garden in London, which is an entertainment hub that attracts scores of tourists. The distance from London to Edinburgh, Scotland, is about 430 miles. Travelers must go in a northward direction to get to Edinburgh using scenic yet complicated roads. There are plenty of medieval buildings and beautiful landscapes to see throughout the trip that you would not see if you would take the faster and simpler motorways.
