With Cheap Flights to New York and from there towards Scotland

From August 2010, there are only three airports in the USA that offer direct flights from USA to Scotland. The airport at New York is one of them, with the other two being Orlando and Philadelphia airports.
The advantage of flying out from New York is that it gives you the option of direct flights to either Glasgow or Edinburgh, whereas the other two airports only fly to Glasgow.
